What is the cancellation policy for this event?

Once you reserve and pay with your credit card on line, you are confirmed. If you cancel after the reservation is made, you will forfeit the total amount of the ticket/s price.

What does my ticket include?

When you purchase a booking to Alexander'S Steakhouse, it covers your base meal, but it does not include supplemental food, alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages, coffee or tea.

Can I bring my own wine? What is the Corkage?

Yes, absolutely. 50$ per 750mL bottle, for the first two bottles and then 100$ every bottle after that and larger bottles. Wine Pairings are also available per request for 125$.

Why is a service charge added?

Service is an integral part of your meal and, since you will not receive a bill for your meal during the dining experience, we are adding an ___% service charge at the time of purchase. In addition, an ___% service charge will be assessed on any additional food and beverage consumed during the course of your meal.

Can I get a refund once purchased? Can I exchange my booking for a different night?

No. Just as with attending a sporting event, concert or the theater, all sales are final. We cannot cancel your ticket or reschedule it for another night. Can I give my booking away or sell it?

Yes. The booking is completely transferable. Please note, however, that selling tickets for greater than face value may be illegal in your area. Anyone who purchases a ticket from another patron should take care to ensure that they have a received a formal transfer of the ticket through the restaurant's official website. Any tickets purchased on the secondary market are at the purchaser's risk. How do I transfer my booking?

To transfer a ticket, log in to your account, go to the "My Account" area using the upper right navigation pane and select "Your Bookings". Each ticket has a transfer button next to it. -- https://profile.tocktix.com/#/login?continue=account.tickets3

Does Tock work on all web browsers?

Tock is designed to work on all modern browsers. Chrome, Safari, and Firefox are recommended. Old versions of IE, for example, are not supported.

Do you take walk-ins?

No.

Are you able to accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?

Upon booking your reservation, we ask that you list any allergies or dietary restrictions you may have. We will do our very best to accommodate where and when feasible.

What is your dress code?

Our suggested dress code is business casual, Jackets are not required.

What is your parking situation?

We offer a Valet service available right in the front of our restaurant for 20$
